A prominent National Champion was heard at a recent Upstate New York Tournament discussing how my article have improved his serve! Anyways, the next phase of improvement deals with conditioning. You can have the greatest mechanics in the world, but if you can't get to the ball, you can't hit it. If you get tired halfway through the first game, you're toast!
